Okay so I talked to my dad about being raw, and he's not hundred percent on board and he says we're going to the doctor and whatnot. So I have to make sure I'm eating enough.
So the first half of the day I had: 560 days.
Second half of the day: I had half an apple (45), and 3 cups of grapes (300).
I'm going to look for a nutritionalist who specializes in raw-ness who can convince my dad.

ReplyDeletehow long have you been blogging? im new to it and after an attempt to try 'fatter but happy' (terrible idea does not work) im trying to get back that control.
also why the raw food thing? is it kinda because it makes the things you eat feel a bit more, i dont know, 'pure' ?
i guess the positives are you know that raw fruit and veg isnt stuffed full of fat, additives, sugars, general toxic crap. i try to avoid processed food as much as i can.
